Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with ARIA IT Solution, you agree to these conditions.

1. Services Description
ARIA IT Solution provides professional IT consulting and infrastructure services, including: Windows/Linux OS migration, OS deployment, system and network administration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, 24/7 IT support and monitoring, and IT consulting. Specific scope is defined in individual service agreements.
2. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information, timely cooperation, authorized access, compliance with applicable laws, and maintain adequate data backups. Failure to comply may result in service delays or additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued at service period start or milestone completion. Payment is due within 30 days (net 30). Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. All fees in EUR with applicable VAT. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
ARIA IT Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for force majeure events or third-party service failures.
5. Intellectual Property
Pre-existing IP remains with each party. Custom work product created for the client is owned by the client upon full payment. ARIA retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and website content.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is possible for material breach uncured within 15 days. Upon termination, client pays outstanding fees and ARIA provides a reasonable transition period.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties agree to attempt mediation through CMAP before legal proceedings.
